you will be responsible
- Complete data cleaning, feature analysis, and division of training and validation sets to identify data quality issues.
- Establish model baselines and evaluation metrics, train and tune models, analyse errors, and document reproducible experiments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and continuously track performance, inference costs, and data drift.
we look forward to
- Familiar with Python and PyTorch or similar training frameworks, and master the basics of machine learning and statistics.
- Ability to independently complete projects from data analysis to model evaluation and explain key design trade-offs.
- Pay attention to experimental specifications, code quality and team collaboration.
Bonus points
Have experience in sequential modeling, model compression or actual deployment; can provide paper reproduction or open source projects.
