AI and IT Operations Engineer

Ensure the smooth operation of the R&D environment and internal technical services through automation and observability.

you will be responsible
- Maintain the R&D environment, account permissions and basic services, and handle daily support and failures.
- Establish monitoring alarms, backup recovery and automation tasks to reduce repeated operations.
- Record asset and configuration changes, and improve troubleshooting manuals and handover documents.

- Familiar with Linux, basic network, common operation and maintenance tools and script development.
- Ability to methodically troubleshoot issues and understand access rights, backups, and change management.
- Have service awareness and be able to clearly communicate processing progress and follow up on closed-loop issues.
Bonus points
Have experience in maintaining cloud services, container platforms or AI R&D environments.
