you will be responsible
- Design RAG data processing, retrieval and rearrangement processes to optimize answer quality and source traceability.
- Develop agents, tool calls and business interfaces, and handle permissions, failure retries and exception rollbacks.
- Build a benchmark set to track application risks such as accuracy, latency, cost, and prompt injection.
we look forward to
- Familiar with Python or TypeScript, with API and back-end application development capabilities.
- Understand vector retrieval, context management and large model application evaluation, and be able to analyze typical failure cases.
- Able to decompose business requirements into deliverable application functions and write tests and documentation.
Bonus points
Experience with multi-modal, model fine-tuning or production environment agent projects.
