From technology prototype to practical application

Prototypes prove that an idea can work, and applications continue to meet specific needs. Between the two, environment adaptation, exception handling and maintenance processes need to be supplemented.
Clarify usage scenarios
Write out who will use the system under what conditions, and the criteria for completing tasks. In the absence of specific scenarios, teams tend to optimize around demonstration effects while ignoring the limitations in daily use.
Check for non-ideal situations
Missing test inputs, broken connections, duplicate requests, and insufficient resources. Problems that seem accidental during the prototype stage may become normal problems that must be dealt with in long-term use.
Establish a closed feedback loop
Document real-world usage difficulties and classify problems into requirements, implementation, or operational processes. Align the next round of work based on the evidence, keeping technology iterations connected to value-in-use.
