Connect research and application with different professional capabilities
The Join Us column lists seven job directions, covering algorithm research, model application, service development, computing infrastructure, operation and maintenance, security and product work. Detail pages are set up for each position so that candidates can understand the responsibilities and requirements based on their own experience.
The problems faced in these directions have different focuses, but they all require technical judgment to be put into specific scenarios: not only understanding what needs to be solved, but also being able to explain how the solution is verified, how to deliver it, and how to collaborate with other roles.
Algorithm, model and service development
AI algorithm engineers focus on machine learning and model development; large model application engineers focus on agents, knowledge retrieval and model application; back-end development engineers focus on service architecture and data platforms. Candidates can illustrate their specific contributions in problem definition, implementation and verification through actual projects.
When introducing the project, in addition to the technology used, it is also recommended to explain the data conditions, limitations encountered, program trade-offs, and result evaluation. Clearly distinguishing between the parts that individuals are responsible for and the parts that are done by the team can help both parties understand the experience more accurately.
Infrastructure, operations, security and products
Computing infrastructure engineers focus on computing resources and related platforms; AI and IT operation and maintenance engineers focus on system operation and maintenance and automation; product security engineers focus on application and data security; and AI product managers connect user needs, technical capabilities and product design.
These positions require different professional backgrounds. Please refer to the corresponding job page for specific ability requirements. It is not necessary to regard all directions as the same job list; choosing the direction most relevant to your own accumulation is more conducive to in-depth communication.
How to prepare for job communication
It is recommended to read the responsibilities and requirements of the target position first, and then prepare a brief experience, representative projects and the work direction you hope to participate in. Works, technical descriptions or project reviews that can be disclosed can be used as auxiliary materials; information involving the confidentiality of the original unit does not need to be provided.
Work location, employment methods, salary range and specific recruitment arrangements need to be confirmed in subsequent communications. You can enter the corresponding details from the job list, understand the requirements, and then state your intended position through the contact portal.
