Permission design: give each module appropriate capabilities

Permissions not only affect security but also the scope of system failures. Mapping capabilities to responsibilities makes operations easier to review and track.
Assigned by responsibilities
Reading data, modifying configurations, and performing operations should be controlled by different permissions. A module that is only responsible for statistics does not need to have the ability to modify source data.
Manage credential lifecycle
Clarify the process for creating, storing, updating, and revoking credentials. When personnel changes and services go offline, you should also check whether there are still unmaintained access points.
Save key operation records
Record who completed the operation, at what time, and based on what permissions. Permission checks combined with operation logs allow the complete process to be reconstructed after an exception occurs.
